An emerging trend has developed with school neighbours often rising up in opposition to building developments or schools increasing student numbers.
In this special episode of SMC, Brad speaks with John Le Cras about the rise of activist neighbours around schools. John has worked on both sides of the media, commencing his career as a newspaper journalist, then working with ABC TV before joining Channel 7 Perth where he became Director of News and Current Affairs. Subsequently he has held leadership roles in the health insurance and tertiary education sectors before forming John Le Cras + Associates where he now consults with businesses and government.
